Steven Kingsley is the founder and principal designer of Concept Landscape Architects, an established landscape architecture practice that has been running successfully for over 14 years. A Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI), Steven brings over 25 years of professional experience delivering innovative, high-quality design solutions across a wide range of project types in the UK and internationally.

Steven leads all design and consultancy work at Concept LA, ensuring that every client receives a personal, professional, and consistent service. Known for his design excellence and creative vision, he has developed a strong reputation for crafting schemes that are both inspiring and highly functional.

His design approach combines robust, sustainable techniques with modern, contemporary aesthetics, spanning landscape architecture, urban design, residential and private estate landscapes, and high-end garden design.

Professional Background & Education

Steven holds undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Landscape Architecture from Kingston University, where he graduated with the highest marks in his cohort. He has worked with renowned architectural and engineering practices, contributing to a wide spectrum of projects from masterplanning and urban regeneration to high-spec private gardens and commercial landscapes.

His extensive project portfolio includes collaborations with developers, local authorities, private clients, and design teams. He is personally involved from concept to completion—including site appraisals, detailed design, planning submissions, project procurement, and site supervision.
