London Apartments Landscape Design
As part of a proposed residential development, Concept Landscape Architects worked alongside a design team to develop a landscape scheme for local authority planning permission. The landscape is integral to the scheme and creates communal and private landscape spaces that were an important part of the apartment build.
The landscape design is structured around raised planters with clipped hedges and specimen plants, bespoke decking, louvered panels screens over a deck surface.
The landscape is spread out from lower ground to 2nd-floor levels, with a communal landscape terrace that steps up at different levels. Issues that needed to be overcome were privacy and screening and we carefully carved that landscape spaces to facilitate that need.
