Hampstead Office Landscape Design – QS Quacquarelli Symonds Office Entrance
We’re excited to share the first look at our highly praised landscape design scheme in Hampstead, created for the London offices of QS Quacquarelli Symonds (QS). This prominent triangular space had long been neglected and underused, with tired surfacing and a lack of cohesive structure or identity.
Our brief was clear: to transform the space into a robust, elegant, and welcoming entrance landscape that reflects QS’s status as a global leader in education analytics and university rankings. The result is a carefully considered design that balances strong geometry with subtle materiality and planting, creating a defined sense of place and purpose.
The site sits within the Hampstead Conservation Area, a context that demanded sensitivity to local character and high design standards. Working closely with Camden Council and a multidisciplinary team, we successfully secured planning permission for multiple elements of the scheme. These included new boundary treatments, high-quality paving, integrated seating, and enhanced soft landscaping.
Our landscape approach maximises usability and improves the first impressions for staff and visitors alike. Durable materials and layered planting provide year-round interest while softening the site’s urban edges. Lighting, signage, and accessibility were also integrated to ensure a fully resolved arrival space.
This project exemplifies our expertise in urban landscape design, conservation area planning, and commercial entrance landscaping. Full project photos and design details will be published shortly—watch this space. See more drawings here
