As part of a new planning application, as part of a design team for private developers, Concept provided expertise in landscape design and consultancy. Our landscape design creates a green foil to the building outline, with private semi enclosed gardens at the ground floor level.
A communal garden space acts as meeting point and outdoor resource for the other residents, adding value to the final scheme and salable values of the properties. The scheme has gone in for planning in early 2014 along with Design and Access statements and preliminary specifications.
