Concept were commissioned by the Operator to design the landscape spaces for a residential assisted living apartments in Bushey, Watford. The landscape environment can be beneficial to the lives of the residents and our ideas integrate features and materials that appeal to the senses with other areas of the garden for growing vegetables which provides a sense of ownership.
The Landscape is divided into two main areas; a garden space and patio area with a water feature for socializing and events, quiet areas for sitting, a pergola structure for shade and shelter. The peripheral landscape paths provide easy access with seating and areas for socializing along the route, making the wider landscape accessible to explore and for recreation.
