Studio Concept were commissioned by private developers to come up with a landscape scheme for local authority planning and client delivery for this Mixed Use mainly residential project in North London. The hard landscape element use’s concrete setts that help to create a pedestrianised feel and scale to the space inconjucntion with modern seating and street furniture. The soft landscape is specified within the development as robust shrub planting that acts as security and low maintenance screens with a rhythm of specimen tree’s such as Betula Jaqmontii and Sorbus Aria create a contemporary and welcoming feel to this urban residential space. The scheme complies and meets the BREEM standards, Lifestyle home codes and Part M building regulations – more images to follow. Studio Concept developed a full landsacpe package for this scheme including design and detailed layouts, construction details and landscape specification sufficient for tender and onsite works.
